This is the gazebo we're getting married in. We have been talking about not actually going IN the gazebo for the ceremony itself. This might be kind of weird? The reason being is that in a lot of photos we have seen of people getting married in gazebos, the lightening is never quite right. Too many shadows, etc. We might have our bridal party standing in the gazebo, however. Then the officiant will be standing on top step. We will be standing in the paved area right infront with our sides to the guests.

Because the area is overhanging with beautiful, tall trees, we don't want to do TOO much decoration. However, I really don't like how bright white it is. So, I am considering decorating right around the stairway.

I ended up buying four sets of willow tree branches, some $1 bags of river rock, and glass containers from Marshall's and TJ Maxx. These created four of these willow tree branch decorations. They are nearly five feet tall and will be used as aisle decorations. After the wedding we're going to move the two larger ones next to our sweetheart table.

I absolutely hate our white metal folding chairs, but I can't bring myself to rent chair covers. I mean really, cloth to cover a metal chair? The idea is weird, so I will deal.

I do like reserved signs like this and plan on doing them for our parents. I am going to have this printed and mount it on some cardstock.
